Start on clean skin and use the appropriate conductive gel for LIFT or TIGHTEN. Begin at the lowest intensity and follow the movements and treatment areas shown in the included instructions.
Use LIFT and TIGHTEN on separate days. If adding INFUSE, complete LIFT or TIGHTEN first, then wash off the gel before applying your serum. Keep total treatment time within 15 minutes per session.

Your order includes one NUVE Contoura face and neck beauty device and one USB charging cable. Any gel, serum or other accessory is included only if explicitly listed in your selected offer.
LIFT uses microcurrent for facial contouring care. TIGHTEN combines red light and vibration to support firmer, smoother-looking skin. INFUSE uses negative ion technology to complement your serum routine. Adjustable intensity lets you personalize each session.
Results vary depending on your skin, the mode used and how consistently you follow the routine. Some users describe a fresher-looking appearance early on, while changes in firmness and facial contours may take longer. A 10-minute session is the treatment duration, not a guarantee of results in 10 minutes.
LIFT or TIGHTEN sessions last 10 minutes: 4 minutes on each cheek and 2 minutes on the forehead. INFUSE sessions last 4 minutes: 2 minutes on each cheek. Do not use LIFT and TIGHTEN on the same day. Keep total device treatment time within 15 minutes per session and follow the frequency and treatment areas in the included instructions.
Use an appropriate conductive gel for LIFT or TIGHTEN and a compatible serum for INFUSE, as directed in the manual. If combining modes, complete LIFT or TIGHTEN first, wash off the conductive gel, then apply your serum before using INFUSE. Gel and serum are included only when listed in your selected offer.
Recharge the device using the included USB cable and follow the charging instructions in the manual. After each use, remove gel or serum residue from the treatment head using the cleaning method specified in the manual. Store Contoura in a cool, dry place.
